Rhiannon ended 2022 as a newly diagnosed AuDHDer weighing 24stone (336lbs or 152.4kgs).
Entered summer of 2024 8st lighter.
Weighing 16st (224lbs or 101.6kgs).
Through nutrition, mindfulness and hard work.
She felt as though she didn't deserve to be healthy
Now she wants to share her story.
The Active Autist Mission:
To break down barriers for other neurodivergent individuals and those with anxieties by providing access to resources and support.
To build a community where everyone, regardless of their starting point, can feel confident and supported on their fitness journey.
